All stock products (listed on the site as “Available Immediately”) purchased in Argentina through www.elementosargentinos.com.ar can be exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days or returned within seventy-two (72) business hours from the date the order was received.
Products must be unused and in the same condition in which they were sent, and the original packaging and tags (boxes, plastic bags, labels, etc.) must be in good condition.
If you would like to exchange or return a product bought in Argentina on our website, send us an email to [email protected] telling us the reason why you would like to exchange or return it. Don’t forget to include your name and telephone number.
Once we have this information, our Customer Service department will contact you to arrange everything.
Personalized products (custom-made rugs designed through the Design Your Rug! module or custom-made rugs made at the customer’s request and listed on the site as “4 to 5 Weeks Shipping” or any other delivery time that isn’t “Immediate”) cannot be exchanged or returned.
You may make an exchange or return at any of our stores. If you are unable to get to them, send us the product in its original packaging to Gurruchaga 1881, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, CP 1414, together with your purchase information: First and Last Names, Order Number, Telephone Number and Email.
Please send us an email to [email protected] with the tracking number and shipping company used to send the product.
For products purchased in Argentina with free shipping, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the exchange or return.
In the case of product returns, the refund (which will be credited to your credit card or reimbursed via bank transfer) will be issued once the product has been received at our warehouse and we have verified that it has not been used, is in good condition and its original packaging and tags are intact.
The amount you paid for the product when you bought it will be used for returns, regardless of whether the price has changed at the time of return.
Unfortunately, for international sales, all sales are final.
